Freezing, buffering, or temporary service interruptions may occasionally occur with any streaming service worldwide. As such, you may experience these issues from time to time. Channels and Video on Demand (VOD) content in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without prior notice.
Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email within minutes after payment is received. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with how the service works and its nature.
We regularly perform maintenance on our servers, which may occur at any time and without a guaranteed timeframe.
